The Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) is a unique identifier assigned to each payment transaction by the acquiring bank. It consists of 12 alphanumeric characters and helps track the payment journey from the issuing bank to the acquiring bank. When a refund is initiated, a new ARN is assigned to the transaction, and this number can be used to track the progress of the refund.

To track a specific refund, the cardholder should provide their bank with the ARN, which is displayed beside the refund transaction on the order page of the Solid HUB. To find the ARN, simply go to the Transaction section in Order Details via hub.solidgate.com.

One can find ARN in transaction section in Order Details via hub.solidgate.com

If the refund was successfully initiated outside 24 hours timeframe after the actual charge and ARN is not available in the HUB, please, contact us by clicking on a headset sign in the top right corner or via email: support@solidgate.com
