If you need to check the details of an order in your account, please follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your Solid account.
- Select Payments from the left sidebar and choose Orders from the submenu that will appear.
- In the orders, list click on the arrow next to the order you need to watch.
4. Here you can find all the detailed information on the order.
5. Depending on the status of the order there are some additional actions you can make:
- for Authorized orders, there is an option to Make Settle and Make Void.
Transactions
Transactions information specifies what operations took place within one order.
In the picture below, at first, there was Auth transaction, then settle, and two partial refunds:
- for Settled orders there is an option to check the Disputes related to this order, in case there are any, and to check the Logs of the order.
- also Settled orders may be fully or partially refunded.
