How to find the Fraud Notifications section

Within Fraud Notifications, you can see TC40/SAFE alerts associated with the account.

Note that in order to access this section, your role in Hub must be an 'Alert manager', 'Analyst', or 'Merchant-admin'.

To access the Fraud Notifications section in Solidgate Hub, follow these steps:

  1. Open the sidebar by clicking the arrow in the lower-left corner.
  2. Click the Payments tab.
  3. Choose the Fraud Notifications list from the drop-down menu.

Here you can check Fraud Notifications associated with the account.

How to manage Fraud Notifications page

Once you're in the Fraud Notifications section, you can manage the displayed parameters by clicking 'Columns' and selecting the desired columns. 

You can also search for a fraud notification using any available search filter.

Export Fraud Notifications

To export Fraud Notifications, click the 'Export' button in the upper left corner of the page. Enter a file name and choose a file extension, then click 'Submit'. 

Once the file is created, a notification will appear - click on 'Hub Exports' to access the download page.

From there, click the download button to save the file to your device. Note that you can also access the download page from the 'Reconciliation' section -> 'Export' tab.
