How to find the Fraud Notifications section
Within Fraud Notifications, you can see TC40/SAFE alerts associated with the account.
Note that in order to access this section, your role in Hub must be an 'Alert manager', 'Analyst', or 'Merchant-admin'.
To access the Fraud Notifications section in Solidgate Hub, follow these steps:
- Open the sidebar by clicking the arrow in the lower-left corner.
- Click the Payments tab.
- Choose the Fraud Notifications list from the drop-down menu.
Here you can check Fraud Notifications associated with the account.
How to manage Fraud Notifications page

You can also search for a fraud notification using any available search filter.
Export Fraud Notifications
To export Fraud Notifications, click the 'Export' button in the upper left corner of the page. Enter a file name and choose a file extension, then click 'Submit'.
Once the file is created, a notification will appear - click on 'Hub Exports' to access the download page. | ![]() |
From there, click the download button to save the file to your device. Note that you can also access the download page from the 'Reconciliation' section -> 'Export' tab.
