ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) is a unique number assigned to a card transaction when it's being processed. This unique number can be used to track a payment or a refund.

In order to track the particular refund, the cardholder should provide their bank with the ARN. It is displayed beside the Refund transaction on the order page of the Solid HUB.


If the refund was successfully initiated outside 24 hours timeframe after the actual charge and ARN is not available in the HUB, please, contact us by clicking on a headset sign in the top right corner or via email: support@solidgate.com
