When you submit a refund request through Solidgate, we forward it to the cardholder's bank immediately. However, the time it takes for the refund to be processed and the funds to appear in the cardholder's account can vary depending on the bank's operational standards. It may take up to 5-10 business days.

If the cardholder does not receive a refund notification within this timeframe, please advise them to contact their bank for further information. Providing the cardholder with the ARN can help speed up the investigation process.
