The refund requests are submitted by Solid to the cardholder's bank within seconds. Further processing and arrival of funds on cardholder's account depends on the banks' operational standards and might take up to 5-10 business days.

In case where the cardholder doesn't receive the refund notification within the aforementioned timeframe, please advise them to contact their bank for further clarifications. Providing the cardholder with ARN can speed up the investigation process.
